Inks

Some of these ink cans are labeled with words like PMS 185 (red). Seems like it would be fun to make your own custom ink mix using some of the materials they have here at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum. The great thing about this place is that it’s a “working” museum. If they let the wood type sit around for too long it cracks and degrades, so they hold workshops here around the back of the showroom once in a while. Check their site to find a schedule of the next one you could attend.
