For well over 13 years I have been fortunate to work with some amazing people and brands. Some of which you might recognize are Apple, Yahoo!, Microsoft, THQ, Tim Burton, Sony, Disney, Adidas, Obey, and more. My experience with brands, large and small alike, gives me a unique outlook on design—I see it not as a temporary solution to pretty up a page or a piece of paper, but as a long-term solution that drives perception, opinion, growth, and business.

From 2008 to 2012 I worked as Creative Director for In the company’s first eight years, it managed to accrue just 3 million members. During my time there, we grew that member base past 22 million members, in just four years. We accomplished this through better design, better marketing, and better decisions.
